Privacy policy

This page lists the types of player data we collect, how we use it and how can you request changes or deletion of your data.

Personal player data

Our servers store the following player data:

The Name is used to show your nickname in games and ranking tables.

E-mail is used only to reset your password if you forget it.

IP addresses are stored to detect ISPs that players use in case we need to troubleshoot connectivity problems with certain ISPs. IP address data can also be used to determine if some player is trying to cheat by playing with multiple devices in the same game.

Operating system info is used to determine which systems should have priority when developing the game further.

List of in-game friends and points won are used to display player rankings.

Backups

We store monthly offsite backup copies of player data. Every new backup is verified to be restorable and then the previous month's backup is deleted. When you request data modification or deletion, it will be done in the main database within a week of your request. After the previous monthly backup is rewritten, the data modification or deletion is permanent. This means that any deletion or modification your request will be permanent in up to 40 days. There is no backup older than one month, as it is not required for the game operation.

How is your data used?

Your data is used ONLY to operate the game.

Sharing data with 3rd parties

Your data is only used to operate this game and no data is ever shared with 3rd parties.

Contacting support

There are two ways to contact support. The preferred one is to use the KONTAKT option inside the game itself. It's the last option on the game's main menu screen. Under that option, select "Otvori web sajt" button. This will log you into the game's website with your account. Then you can go into KONTAKT option on the website (also the last option), and select the last option: "Ostali problemi, komentari ili sugestije". There you can send us you request in either English or Serbian.

The other option is to send email to support@guacosoft.com. Make sure you send the email from your account's address, otherwise we won't be able to verify it is really you sending the request.
